Communications and public relations – Co-ordianted various types of events for the project (Webinars, Conferences, Exhibitions) on different scales. Liaised with different internal and external stakeholders. Managed office’s (and related projects’) website and social media channels, including WeChat, Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin.
Client liaison – Answered potential customers’ enquiries. Provided technical and non-technical support to current customers. Exploring potential client groups.
Research project and office management – Supported office daily operation (e.g. overseeing office’s budget and expenses). Prepared and writing grant proposals and reports. Supervised office junior staff for completing administrative (i.e. accounting, bookkeeping, and personnel) and research (i.e. data collection and review of literature) duties respectively. Provided secretarial support to the Project’s Principal Investigator (as known as the Department Chair).
